Do you offer Refunds?
We accept products in new condition with tags and liners in tact for store credit.
Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 21 days from arrival date to exchange for store credit.
Sale items are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to offer exchanges.
When you initiate your return, please select "store credit" as your return method. Once your return has been processed, a gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order, allowing you to place a new order for the desired size or style.
Please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in the credit.
How long do you take to process orders?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are shipped the next business day.
Can I cancel or make changes to an order I just placed?
Once orders have been placed, we work quickly to process and package ASAP! Given that, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please email info@shopgata.com and we will try and help.
How do I care for my Gata Swimwear?
- Rinse Immediately after use
- Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent
- Do not Tumble Dry
- Do not Iron
- Dry in Shade
